As a Habs fan the last thing I want to see is management rush this rebuild. We all need to be patient and have fun watching these kids develop.

This podcast is awful like a bad cold, two pencil necks discussing the situation with a diploma joker called ken Barbi doll huges. The Habs with him are going nowhere totally understand that you are not allowed to speak of the real problem.

Man that was so interesting ! Could not thank you enough for that one and how you handled it Pierre, Jimmy and everyone in the team helping you set it up. LOVED IT ALL ! There's a lucidity and a humility in Kent's unwavering competitiveness that's so inspiring to hear. I'm not even talking about hockey, shines all across, he knows his journey prior to where he's now and the journey he's been having in this role with his team, he knows where he and his team want to go ultimately, has a solid plan to get there that he made sure does not look over the inevitable bumps on the road and any other challenges and setbacks they could meet, what to put in place together to overcome those in the end, he knows the people around him and the reality of their situations as individuals and how hard it is to get them to adhere to that collective effort if you don't put the right things in place first or if your expectations for them and their development are frustratingly unrealistic. Most importantly he respects the time, the people as individuals and as a group, their culture, the market and the intricate innerworkings of it all. Were I a billionaire investor, that's the kind of CEO i'd be looking to hire to lead any organization. Well done Mr Molson, you did very well there.

Been a fan of McGuire for decades, fans dislike him because he knows his shit, he tells it how it is and fans dislike that because no one wants to be told their favorite player is "this" or "that." Pierre two years ago was telling TSN690 about Struble, and years later, he nailed it. A kid in a man's body, playing hockey better than most young defense in that org.

They dislike him because he is annoying as fuck, verbal diarrhea at times, and you can tell he practices his ridiculous catch phrases - which never caught on.

Back in the 70 rebuilding wasn't bullshit like today. Waiting 5 or 6 years before competing lots of habs fan will never ever see it happening

The home mics add a lot of charm🤷‍♂️. I worry about Team 690 sometimes, but the nepotism and bad choices they made reward them with what they deserve. Still some great characters there though! Good luck to both platforms..

If you want to stop teams to rough it up, have a letal power play and they will fear to take penalty.

It's hardly unique to display "confidence", tons of folks get turned down and display resilience, they can't change the number of positions available even though they might deserve an opportunity, they just have to shut the hockey door and find another one, which can take them a lifetime to find.

..Habs fan..an issue with Caufield..size matters..Anderson can go goalless and be effective..Caufield a one trick pony becomes a minus machine when scoreless..

Give it time, he came back from a very serious operation to his shoulder, did not have that same snap to his shot for quite some time, and it's only starting to come back. This slump is getting him to learn to adapt, to contribute differently to Suzuki and whichever other forward plays on their line. Don't know if you've noticed but he's also adding a bit more to his 2-way game, not much in pure defense on that i fully agree there's a good deal of work to be done, but more in the battles on the board and in harrassing the goalie and the defenseman in charge of the first pass to exit the zone (a bit like Michael Bunting's growth with the Leafs) when they just lost the puck which is something we did not see too much of last year from him... and not enough from pretty much anyone not named Gallagher ^_^
