Montreal Comiccon 2023 - (Most of) Arrow Panel

So sorry volunteers stopped me recording 5 minutes before the end of the show, the biggest thing you missed is Stephen ending the panel by saying "You have failed this city"

Amell's commitment to the Arrow shows was incredible. He literally changed his diet, lifestyle and habits including doing tons of research on Arrow before the show. He put in 110%. Respect to both actors. I don't know much about David, but you can tell he takes his work seriously. Very commendable. Thank you guys.

PORTUGUESE: David está surpreso com o tamanho do auditório. O sentimento de estar no último episódio de Arrow, para Stephen, foi de tristeza, mas voltar à última temporada de Flash e estar com David e Grant foi muito especial. David diz que Stephen leva a sério tudo o que faz e, no episódio de Flash, sua intenção era realmente honrar o legado de Oliver. David diz que nunca faz cenas perigosas, mas gostava de fazer as cenas de luta. Ele valoriza muito om trabalho dos dublês, ele conta sobre um que se machucou em sua frente. Stephen lembra da cena no episódio 2x1 em que Oliver salva Felicity (que tinha pisado numa mina) e ele insistiu em fazer a cena em que tinha de mergulhar de uma árvore e salvá-la , para logo a seguir se arrepender. Stephen diz que nas duas primeiras temporadas de Arrow qualquer barulho o incomodava enquanto ele estava filmando uma cena. Quando ele foi a NY filmar "Tartarugas Ninjas" ele fazia uma cena numa rua movimentada e um ônibus de turismo parou e anunciou que Stephen Amell estava filmando... ele aprendeu então a relaxar. Stephen está cansado porque seu filhinho tem um dentinho molar saindo e há quatro dias que Stephen dorme mal. David foi convidado a fazer o papel de Diggle. Ele agradece aos fãs a acolhida do personagem, o que tornou possível que Diggle crescesse na série. Stephen diz que ele teve de fazer um teste para conseguir o papel de Oliver. Tanto ele como Grant e Melissa foram os primeiros a fazer um teste para seus papéis e foram escolhidos imediatamente. O fã agradece a eles por salvarem o Multiverso. A temporada favorita de Stephen é a primeira, seguida da segunda e da quinta temporada. David diz que a primeira temporada é nostálgica, veio logo depois de Smallville. Stephen diz que eles trabalharam como loucos. O apresentador lembra da cena em que Oliver sai correndo de um telhado e pula atrás do vilão e fica surpreso por ser Stephen na cena. Stephen, brincando, dz que seu vilão favorito é David, no episódio em que brigam fisicamente na sexta temporada. David diz que, originalmente, era para usarem artes marciais, mas Stephen insistiu que não era assim que irmãos brigavam. O vilão favorito de Stephen é Prometheus (Josh Segarra) e o de David é Deathstroke (Manu Bennett). O fã pergunta como se sentem por criar um universo na tv e Stephen, comovido, agradece muito e fica feliz porque os fãs vão continuar a amar esse universo. David é muito grato. Ele lembra quando estavam na SDCC antes da terceira temporada e Stephen se surpreendeu com a quantidade de pessoas no auditório. Ele teve o mesmo sentimento nesse auditório agora, eles ainda são amados. O crossover favorito deles é Elseworlds. Stephen diz que, numa cena com o elenco de Arrow ele estava vestido como o Flash e eles, brincando com ele, disseram que ele parecia um bobão. Uma fã quer aprender a fazer a escada de salmão e Stephen ensina. Stephen, brincando, diz que David não consegue fazer. Se fossem trabalhar numa série de wrestling, a inspiração de David seria Macho Man. e a de Stephen seria Hulk Hogan. Sim, houve a possibilidade de haver um longa-metragem de Arrow entre a segunda e terceira temporada, que combinaria muito bem com a luta de Oliver e Ra´s Al Ghul, mas o estúdio não sabia se faria sucesso e desistiu de fazer o filme. David diz que sentia falta de um fechamento entre Oliver e Diggle, mas o episódio 9x9 de Flash resolveu isso.
