As a non-DBZ fan and a huge BNHA fan, I can admit with no problem that the power levels displayed in DBZ are FAR beyond anything shown in My Hero. All Might is the most powerful character in the anime, and his best feats are somewhere around mountain level/city level. DBZ characters are planet level. There’s no comparison. I prefer All Might to a huge degree, but he would die. But I understand why he felt had to say this, didn’t want to upset people.

If he faces Vegeta right after he was born, sure Kid Vegeta was born with a power level of 500. But Vegeta now, Could probably destroy planets, just by raising his Ki. Even Sayian Saga Vegta is leagues above all might, Even Flipping RADITZ, Is at 1200... Final Analysis.... Honestly this is a good question. I think all might would win tho especially if it was before the fight with all for one. Vegeta is a god. He's literally my favorite character in almost all of anime. But all might is so strong. And so much more strategic. Vegeta is cocky and arrogant.
