Hey did you guys get your PR? Was it via federal skilled program Express Entry? And I believe you cannot land directly in Montreal/ Quebec with your COPR. So did you guys do your landing in Toronto or elsewhere and then move to Montreal ? Any hurdles there? In my experience of dealing with people in shopping malls and grocery stores I have always got reply back in English. Never faced any issue as such specially in Montreal!
