Always switch because is not a 50/50 change but it originally was 1/3 change which now changed to a 2/3 change and thats for the fact the presenter knows what is behind the doors.

So what you are saying is the probability of picking the door with the car is different from the probability of not picking either goat. That is impossible.

Consider the modified version where you have to choose from 100 doors, you pick a door, and then 98 doors are excluded leaving you again with two doors. Still doesn't matter since the car is either behind the door you picked or behind the door that's left.

@@klaus7443 No, that's not what I meant, I was thinking that holding onto the original choice and choosing to switch(after the extra goat was taken out of the equation) was the same odds (50/50), since at that time two doors equalled a one or the other chance of winning the car.

@@mikesavatar3194 I know what you are saying......that would mean you would have a 1/3 chance of picking the door with the car and a 1/2 chance that the two doors you didn't pick are both goats....that is mathematically IMPOSSIBLE.
