Palin's facial expressions in this sketch are amazing.

I swear half of Monty Python's sketches; they know how to start them, but they don't know how to end them, and you get sketches like this... still funny though...

It's a toss up between palin and idle for me, the faces that both of them do just make the sketches.

Next to the "Cycling Tour" episode, this sketch was beyond surreal. 🥴
@2Plus2isChicken201310 ай бұрын
The Cycling Tour is hilarious. I always thought it was funny how they kept talking about "Cloder Rogers" in that episode and never knew who they were talking about for years until I found out who Clodagh Rogers was. That's a name that's been forgotten over the decades. Also, the whole firing squad part is great. "How could you miss?" "He moved!" "Shut up!"

The fact that you can't even spell 'lose' goes some way to explaining why Python goes over your head.

+Peter Meter I love that bit. It was running through my head, so I just had to track it down. It took me like 20 minutes (what can I say, I'm a slow Googler), but it was worth it. I was thinking it was from the "flying lessons" sketch in which Graham chastises Terry J in a similar manner with "Pardon me, I'm AWWF to play the GRAHND PI-AH-NO...."

what are they mumbling about at the beginning?
@footofjuniper82128 жыл бұрын
The narrator says "The Interior of a country house." This is part of a running joke throughout the episode that lists parts of the body. John points out that this is not a part of the body. Carol remarks that it is a link, though (a method of linking this sketch with the one that preceded it). Graham observes that it wasn't a particularly good link, and John determines that it must be because the writers (which included John and Graham) were running out of decent ideas for links, since it was near the end of that season's run.
