Allen they are all nice when they are new, I hardly use my gas grill, steaks only, when you use sauces on a gas grill the cleanup is a nightmare after 3 or 4 cooks. I cook everything else on my pellet grill, it has the drip tray that covers the entire cooking space for the most part, you can sauce things like crazy and it all goes right into the drip bucket, it is basically set it and forget it. I smoke at 250 deg, chicken 300 deg, chicken is done in 1 hr, you don`t even have to turn it, the sauce has a nice deep mahogany color, I love that thing, I just wish it had more smoke flavor, but it cooks fantastic. Set it at 300 deg, and it will stay there for hours within 5 deg, and you can load the whole grill up 700 square inches and go in the house with no flare ups what so ever.

I have an Advantage grill like that and I love it... cooked on it last night and will today also. But, it will get a 'rebuild' kit from Menards friday!

I don't know a single smoker that doesn't have a commercial gas grill in their arsenal. I've got electric smoker, gas smoker, wood smoker, and a gas grill. Channel Lock pliers are great, they can do almost everything, just like smoker, but sometimes a rachet will just get the job done faster, like a gas grill. Quick and easy 2 dozen chicken wings covered in sauce? Yeah, I'm going gas grill everyday for that

Clean up if pretty damn easy with this grill, it has a drip pan that covers entire bottom of cooking surface. Run a grill brush over grates to knock stuff off onto clean put then pull out pan and wipe off? Whats so hard with that process, takes me no time.
