So love northern Az. We've been up here since 2022. So much up here that we still haven't seen or done. But my wife passed away a few months ago from the flu so I need to move to Tx to be closer to family so that I can have backup with our special needs son. Really going to miss Flagstaff, was planning on staying here for the rest of my life. There's no other place like it.

Moved to AZ about 3 summers ago during the Pandemic, man do I love this state. Went to this part of AZ this summer and it is absolutely stunning. AZ is gonna have to be the best kept secret of this entire country and I'd like it to remain this way forever!

Hiked the 4 mile Wildcat Trail along the floor of Monument Valley. Pretty easy and level and awesome! You are right there even closer than the road where the jeep tours go. Just this late April was the perfect time. 70 and breezy.

Just got back home from a two-week vacay with my dad. He loves the Monument Valley area. We hiked the Wildcat Trail which is about a 4-mile hike around the West Mitten. That was my favorite part/memory. I got some gorgeous pictures and the weather was perfect (we started our hike around 10am). I didn't care for car ride, which we did the next day. We had a 4x4, but still the roads were rough and it just didn't compare to the quiet, peaceful hike.

We used to take road trips to Lake Powell and rent a houseboat there when I was a kid. This brought back some great memories. What a beautiful area!

I love the lifestyle in Arizona because the climate of this state is similar to the climate in the Arab Gulf countries.. The way of life is a little different and I can discover some beautiful lifestyle practices in Arizona.. All love to the United States
