I'm just starting out on my ghost note learning adventure and I'm struggling with inside palm muscle on my left hand losing its grunt before the right hand does... this is mainly cos I'm right handed and majority of my stuff till now has been very easy on my left... is there any warmups or stretches etc that mike would recommend or any particular drills to bring my left hand up to the same durability as my right? Was going to ask last livestream I watched but got lost in the drumming 😂😂😂 thanks heaps guys

Compared to other mixes, why is the drum tone different? I've never heard other Monuments stuff. This drum tone sounds pretty nice and natural for a modern metal record, which I really like.

Undeniably he did an amazing job with the band, but I felt that the Mick stuff got a little lost. Like you can hear that there's synths and stuff in the background but it doesn't quite seem like it has it's own place like it does in the BMTH stuff. Relatively small nitpick tho, still a great track.

I don't know exactly who engineered/recorded the drums, but George's mixes are definitely more organic sounding when compared to other metal records. Go listen to his work on Sleep Token and Loathe's albums, they are probably his most iconic mixes.
