Great vid guys! I’ve seen a lot online of people who’ve had their Monzo accounts closed randomly…is this the same for the business accounts and would I be at risk?

Many thanks and delighted you found the video useful 👍 As for the closing of accounts it’s impossible to say why an account has been closed without knowing the individual circumstances from both the bank and the person involved. If a business is complying with the banks terms and conditions though there should be no reason for - business account to be closed.

How did you switch from counting up to Monzo.did you have to do it manually

We didn’t do a switch but instead simply set up another bank account with Monzo. We’re planing to test the switching service soon though and will post another video to let everyone know how it goes!

You can find the complete details about Monzo's business account eligibility here - monzo.com/business-banking/eligibility/. It states you need you to be tax resident in the UK and no other countries if you're a limited company. Hope this helps 👍
