Jordan Smith Can't agree with this one, unfortunately. When I was younger, I would often get lazy to eat noodles with chopsticks because my chop stick skills were still poor. Lack of skill + lazy = eat rice instead.

Marugame Monzo is freakin amazing! Any place that makes their noodles fresh is amazing. Way different texture than noodles that aren't fresh. What's great about udon is that it doesn't get soggy like other noodles if it sits in broth, it'll soak up the flavors even more and be extra delicious!
