Mood Changes and Autism

It's really no different than any other person experiencing mood changes or general overall happiness. Our environments, our hormones, our circumstances, how we feel about ourselves and others, and even the weather...all these things change and affect our mood. The biggest difference is she has no filter. She makes no effort to put on a happy face. What we get is raw emotions and exactly how she feels at all times. Love that about her. Many autistic people are very blunt, honest, and real about their emotions. It can be a great trait.

A trick for getting around that gift card anxiety issue is to use them when buying something online. Some online retailers will let you use multiple visa gift cards in a single purchase if you want to use up several old gift cards that have low amounts on them.

The Havasu pepper is harvested when the fruit changes to pale yellow or ripens further to red. It takes 60 days after planting to turn to yellow and about 80 days if you're looking to harvest the ripened red Havasu pepper.

Your cilantro bolted! It got too hot and so the cilantro went to seed in order to survive🙂 pretty sure you can save those seeds once they’re ready and plant them next year!

You are the most wonderfully caring parents. My grandson has Aspergers and is 20 years old. His parents have never been able to handle anything. They just didn't know how brilliant he is....all you have to do is take the time to care and learn. He seems to be growing out of it...I keep my eyes peeled on that boy. Love him to death! Pepper type vegetable do ripen over time after being picked. As soon as you see colour on them, you could pick them, and they will keep getting more colour.

When I was younger I had a problem with using giftcards too. Now I tell the cashier something like, "I'm not sure how much is left on here but let's see and I'll pay the remainder with cash or card".

To help Isaiah with his gift card anxiety, all he needs to do is call the number on the back of the card or go on the stores website that the gift card is for & just look up the balance that is left on the card then write the balance on the front of the card. This way he can kno exactly how much is left on them & whether he would need another form of payment when buying somethin wit them or not.💚☺️

Abbies moods remind me of when my stepdaughters were going through their teenage years. They had happy days and leave me alone days, and they didn't have medical difficulties. Abbie is just like every other teen in that aspect. She is just as unique as every other teen whether they have medical issues or not. She is who she is. Beautiful and blessed.
