***Explanation: "Piefke" is a nickname used by the Austrians for Germans when the Austrians gossip about Germans.😜✌️ And this "Piefke" is a trained chef, lives and loves what he does - and he prefers schnitzel🔥😋
[2] - EVRYTHING HOMEMADE
All side dishes like potato salad, sauerkraut are homemade
even all sauces down to the breadcrumbs are handmade
with lots of love ❤️ as he wrote on his blackboard.
And the pork & veal comes from a regional butcher's shop
and is cut by "Piefke" himself and freshly vacuum packed
for transport to the weekly market.
[3] - SLICED MEAT LOAF with sweet mustard
The Sliced Meat Loaf is called "Leberkäse" or "Fleischkäse"
in Austria and Germany. It consists of lean, low-tendon pork,
bacon and finely grated ice flakes. Sometimes a portion of
beef is also added. The ingredients are finely chopped,
seasoned and then the mass is filled into box-shaped
roasters and baked in the oven.
[4] - PORK CUTLET / PORK SCHNITZEL
Pork Schnitzel (Escalopes) are cheaper, so more of them are
sold every day. That's why he beats a lot of pork cutlets for
the day befor the customers come.
[5] - Veal Escalope / Original Wiener Schnitzel
The veal schnitzel is an original Viennese schnitzel. The pork
schnitzel, on the other hand, is also called "Schnitzel Wiener Art"
in German-speaking countries. But only the veal schnitzel can
call itself an Original Wiener Schnitzel.
[6] - ROAST PORK with Spinach Dumplings & Sauerkraut
The daily specials such as roast pork with spinach dumplings
or meatballs and others are homemade cooking and only
briefly heated up on site. The daily menus are classically
delicious Austrian & Bavarian specialties.
[7] - VEGETARIAN SCHNITZEL
Vegetarian Schnitzel created according to "Piefke's" own recipe.
