How original. It always impresses me to see how all the prep work and cooking on site can be done in such a small space. His eye for detail, not just in the food presentation by the window, but also how he build his trailer from recycled materials only is nothing but astonishing. I bet he is good at playing Tetris 😅 Food looked fantastic, and his joy is showing. I wish him much success, after this video I'm sure he will pick up business. He might have hire help. Great video, always looking forward to it.

Der Kerl ist einfach der Hammer! Nicht nur, dass er sein Handwerk versteht, er macht es auch noch mit Leidenschaft, ist super sympatisch und hat obendrein noch seinen Wagen komplett selbst aus "Schrott" gebaut. Bitte mehr Menschen wie er! Die Preise sind dazu auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich würde das ja auch gern probieren, wohne aber leider knapp 500 Kilometer entfernt 😞

Plastic is the best. It keeps the food fresh. If you buy from a butcher they are shifty and add fat and they sometimes wrap it up in paper which is bad for the forests of the world.
