Sounds great! I just can stop playing the subsequent. But I do realize need a good reverb pedal when I hear your video :)

Same here! Just got myself a Big Sky. But the delay is also a must have in my opinion so that will be the next aquisition

@@pedromanafaia True. I'm also investigating a Ventris Dual Reverbv.

Hi! Thanks so much for sharing this beauty. I've just got a sub 37 + strymon timeline and bluesky, but I'm a bit confused on how to connect the whole set up, could you please tell me how did you connect everything?
@hifimidi Жыл бұрын
Moog out > single 1/4” to timeline Left input > timeline L+R output > big sky L&R inputs > big sky L&R outputs to mixer.

Just amazing! Would you happen to share which presets your using on the TimeLine and BigSky? Thanks!
@hifimidi5 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I don't remember the exact settings, but I had delay set to Filter, mix was around 75%. Big Sky was set to Cloud. Mix was between 75-90%. I should have written them down.

Great demo👍🏻. Not long had my Subsequent 37 and Timeline. Clearly Big Sky makes a massive difference and I know I’ve got to get one, but would you go Big sky or Night sky now?
@andycleall Жыл бұрын
Are you using a foot pedal to open up the filter at 1:17? I can’t see what controls it otherwise.

Hey man I have been watching your excelent guitar plug in reviews .Which do you think is the better strat plugin shredage 3 stratus or ample sound ? Thanks
@hifimidi5 жыл бұрын
The spy Mawsta I would have said Shreddage a month ago, but ample sound just updated all their electric guitars and they sound incredible. Video coming next week.

Hi, I'm trying to connect my Moog Sub37 to the Timeline, but somehow no response comes. I currently go out from the Moog at Midi Out and into the Timeline at Midi IN. But somehow I don't hear any effect. Do you have an idea? Thx Toby
@yogawithdom2 жыл бұрын
Moog audio out to Timeline audio in, timeline audio out to mixer/interface/speakers. Midi is not for sound.

How do i actually learn to play/ improvise like that? With "classical" music theory- and piano lessons?
@dromeiro3 жыл бұрын
Practice. Experiment, follow your ears. Practice.
@Asdrubale012 жыл бұрын
Music theory is only one, be it classical, jazz, metal or techno! Ok, blues and modal harmony added new stuff and different approaches, but basic theory is the same for all styles.

I will never forgive Moog for not making a desktop version of this synth... (sigh). Cheers!
@hifimidi4 жыл бұрын
That would be rad!
@dimk33 жыл бұрын
One could argue that the Moog Voyager RME is the closest desktop synth for the Sub 37. Maybe one day Moog will create a modern RME for their current synth line.
