MOOLI KE PATTE KI SABJI | MOOLI BHAJI | RADISH LEAVES RECIPE
Today we'll learn how to make quick Mooli ke Patte ki sabzi (Radish leaves). This Sabzi is stir and fried in mustard oil and flavored with ginger, garlic and green chilies. Radish leaves contains more vitamins and minerals that's why they should not be discarded but used as vegetable.
Radish Leaves Vegetable (मूली के पत्ते)
INGREDIENT
Radish (मूली) - 500 gm
Onion (प्याज) - 1 Chopped
Ginger (अदरक) - ½ INCH
Garlic (लहसुन) - 5-6 Chopped
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 5-6 Chopped
Red Chilli (लाल मिर्ची) - 4 (Optional)
Turmeric (हल्दी) - ½ tbsp
Ghee (घी ) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Mustard Oil (तेल ) - 4-5 tbsp
Asafoetida (हींग ) - 2 Pinch
Cumin seeds ( जीरा) - ½ tbsp
