Love your work and this tutorial! Question:. After you finish decorating, does your cake go into the fridge? How long do you tell your clients to take it out the fridge before eating. I always seem to have disfiguration with my cakes once i complete them. I was told you can’t refrigerate fondant

U don’t have to refrigerate these cakes, couse when u take them out they sweat...never refrigerate... keep them in a cool room
