Convert your pdf (or anyother format) into epub and the options will show eventually.

I don't know if you can help me but you see the pages option at 0:28 I don't have that option... I only get page animation when I tap my screen

You won't get that option if your book file is any format other than epub format. Maybe you should download the book in epub format or convert the existing format into epub format. You can also try txt file format to enable this option but you cannot switch to different chapters since the chapters won't be shown in the chapters menu.
