I'm really impressed you've identified that an open cross-section is far more susceptible to torsion than a closed cross-section. That's really clever design and shows that you put a lot of thought in your projects.

@@Irishriden2005 What do you mean exactly? A closed cross-section (like a pipe pipe) has a higher resustance against torsion than other open cross sections (I beam, C beam, ...). Hope this helps.

I would not have anticipated the twisting problem, either. However, the gussets and boxing-in of the I-Beam were something I thought about too. It's not every day I get to see someone make such an interesting piece from structural steel and concrete. This is exceptionally creative. Well done.

Tens of thousands of dollars in tools, nearly welding a set of Knipex pliers, along with the fancieest silicone spreading tool I've ever seen, but when you pulled on it at 13:47, that's the point in the journey where it was all worth the expenses put into it along the way. Beautiful piece.

Superb craftsmanship, shows skill and dexterity.Very good job. Some of the steps could be done have been done easier. But improvement usually comes after the first one. Use BRC mesh 3" x 3" 5g with fibre reinforced concrete. Will save a lot of welding for the reinforcement.

I had to watch it four times to fully comprehend all the datails. Too much work, but definitely worth it. I wonder whether it wouldn't be better to weld it straight to the bars rather than using screws. It'd be a lot easier.
