Great video, it was great seeing how you think and tackle these problems. At the end of the video you've mentioned that you rested around 5 minutes - is that typical? For how long do you usually rest after a "failed" attempt? btw, the video quality is great! Thank you!

Yep. I usually watch the clock or set a timer.

Yo Alan, what is your training like? Do you hangboard or do anything else aside from moonboarding? Also, how many days a week do you moonboard? I just started moonboarding after building a 2016 set in my garage and generally climb 3-4x a week for 1-2 hour sessions. Already seeing progress and gains. Cheers.

These days I'm in there 3x a week for about 90 minutes. Nothing else as far as training, but I've been at a plateau for about a year, so contemplating changes to the routine.
