Yeah he's super dope, the fact he shares this with everyone is what will keep him winning. This is my entire style I always liked combining two styles, I sent him 5 tracks the other day and they are all this way I call them switcheroos 😂 start off nice and innocent like Kaskade and end Sick asf like a HabstraktSkrillex love child. Keep at it my boy Music is Life

It took me 4-6 years to learn that I wanted to produce EDM. I produced a few different genres. Then, it took me another 2 years to realize that everyone else was using Serum, while I was using Alchemy/Native Instruments Synths. The versatility and sound of that plugin is unmatched. It also took me 2 years to realize that big name EDM producers were using sampled drums to save time. It took me about 4 years to learn how to mix, and I'm still working on it. I've stepped away from producing almost 6 times already, but keep coming back. My point is that for some EDM producers it takes a very long time to get the information they need to make their music sound like the pros. Everyone's journey is different. For some it comes easy because they have access to that information early on. This is the best tutorial I have seen in a very long time. Moonboy gave away a lot of good secrets here. Thank you, and I can't wait to watch your other tutorials brotha!

edm producers use samples drums to save time, as in one shots samples or entire loops?
@brianfretes3033Ай бұрын
@@jmm947 yes, he was basically saying producers use the sounds in the packs like the ones Moonboy sells to put the sounds together and make music quicker. For a producer to make their own sound packs would take up a lot of time but at that point, a lot of uniqueness comes from it. In my opinion, it would be smart to master putting together sample packs at the same time that you are learning to create those sounds yourself, that way when you have some songs under your belt you are ready to be even more creative with your sound design.
