I had 0 intentions of buying anything from this collection since I’m not a SW fan and I don’t like feeling like a poser or taking things away from people who are actually interested in collab content-however, I saw Star Destroyer, clicked your link, and immediately bought it. Surprised to see so many people say they have never seen a thermal magnetic polish. Fancy Gloss has done them way before MC. I was wearing one of them (a green to red one) LAST Christmas, so it's nothing new. They even have a black to grey (white) one (and others) as well. That being said, it's nice that other brands now make them too. More colors and options for all of us :)

Thanks for reviewing these! I have to say, I wonder if the metallic pigment is weak in these. I didn’t love the way they looked magnetized. I like that they chose a unique color story, but I don’t think these muted shades will compliment my skin tone. My favorite is Death Star-it looks ethereal & dimensional.

I'm happy to see the magnetics, unfortunately none of the colors are super interesting to me. I love the attention to the individual box designs, but not enough to justify a purchase. I am totally a Star Wars nerd, to the point where my oldest child has a covert Star Wars inspired name, lol. Star Wars ornaments, memorabilia, even a functional Darth Vader speaker phone from the 80s, though we don't actually have it hooked up. And of course I have the first 2 movie trilogies and the coordinating books. I'd love to add this collection to my collection, both as polish and Star Wars, but sadly Mooncat is out of my budget and I'm left just enjoying their products from afar through content on YT and IG mostly.

Even though the polishes are beautiful, dark colors are not what I prefer so will pass on buying! Also the magnetics, I don't have the patience for them🤣 Mooncat keeps surprising me with all their collabs, it's really cool to see them grow! Favorite is 1000% Star Destroyer!

Mooncat nail files are not good. Unless they switched to another supplier after the nightmare before Christmas collection i won't be getting a file from them again. Has anyone else noticed this? I have a Czech glass file (from a tourist shop while.on vacay lol) and a file from bona fide (Amazon) and they are amazing. Hola tacos is also better the MCs but still none compare to my souvenir lol

While I’m not a Star Wars fan, these polishes are beautiful! I just purchased the whole shebang after watching your swatches. I too am in my magnetic era. And while I only have about 2200 polishes, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a magnetic thermal either! Btw, you are now my excuse to my husband; “Nicole has 3 times as many as I do!” Or “I don’t have as much polish as Nicole.” 😉 Thanks girl!

Hey Nicole just an FYI - I can see you've enabled youtube's automatic dubbing - because I speak several languages and English is not my mother tongue, your video keeps being dubbed by this extremely annoying voice. I have to manually change it back to English on every video. I really appreciate you but this driving me so insane that I'm considering unsubscribing from your channel - I don't know how else to get this feedback to youtube other than refusing to give views to videos using this feature. (I've tried selecting English as my official language but then it starts dubbing videos in my mother language to English................)
