BALK! BALK! BALK! Is it not? See 05:20 with runners on 1st-2nd, where pitcher comes to SET position BUT then "double clutches" his left knee; not his 1st knee movement, but, his 2nd one at 05:25. How is this not a BALK move; and, why not? The pitcher CANNOT --- AFTER he already came to SET position, and, here, it's NOT even subtle --- "clutch" his knee and then bring it back to rest ... without balking. Once he starts that 2nd knee move, he must either pitch the ball or, make a play at one of the bases ... or, a balk is committed. Am I missing something here? [Maybe with that score, in the bottom of the 9th, no one was interested in a measly 2-out balk call.] PS: just curious, why were the home-team Reds wearing green?
