The bible clearly lists the ages and lineage of many people and kingdoms to the time it was written, so unless the bible is corrupt too, christianity includes the belief that the earth is 6000 years old. I dont look to man for my bank of knowledge, I am man, and I look to reason and observation for my knowledge. I'm not a pathetic idiot who looks to one book for everything and blindly accepts everything it says because it, unlike all the other conflicting religious books, is the word of "god".
