1 billion years later: The mold that spawned from the spaghetti sauce has achieved sentience. It becomes a hive mind calculating, pondering the greatest questions life had to offer. It lays upon a boiling hot beach, with fossils of random species randomly scattered across a mostly lifeless earth. One day, when the sun has grown so large to boil away most of the earths oceans, the fungi starts to ponder time travel. Wondering where it’s existence came from, mass tendrils expand from its center, calling upon the cosmic mind of the universe to grant it a vision of its humble beginning. Through the efforts of billions of minds, melting together in an endless sea of pure thought, the universe heads its call, the power of billions of stars centering upon one call to answer the countless prayers of an intelligence far beyond’s man’s compression hence. A vision appears in the hive minds countless brain cells, showing the fateful of the man calling his girlfriend a bitch and not cleaning the carpet. And in one single voice, the minds said in unison, their tendrils calling out to the universe in one single echo, “man that guy was a dick.”

It seems that half of all posts from r/AITA can be answered from the titled alone. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if that was a trend on Tik Tok, because I've heard stories of people doing horrible things for Tik Tok fame.

The only way this would be understandable would be if it's clearly a joke between the two of them and they're both in on it, but saying it out of nowhere after your partner has had a crappy day and excusing it as a TikTok trend really makes BF look like a dick; "trends" like this that offend people aren't funny, they're just rude and hurtful. Even as a guy, I'd be hurt by someone calling me a bitch, even a partner or a friend - OP is absolutely NTA here, she was rightfully upset and never got a sincere apology from BF, so she had every right to start the "saucing" trend. BF is probably still waiting for her to clean that pasta up to this day, I wouldn't be surprised.

Okay, it was actually a short lived trend on TikTok, I saw several iterations of it, usually ending in the dude running away in "fear". In all those, however, I think both partners were in on it being a joke, not just sprung randomly on a person, especially one with trauma around the word. This schmuck has no excuse for that behavior, it's rude and condescending and just shitty overall.
