Brave was meant to be Glad's special buff in the first awakening, Glad's deserve to have Triple slash remake and Brave awakening should be changed to something else. Now ED takes FA effect (another unique ability of Gladi) throws into MBD, I don't say that MBD should not be buffed, but throw in that FA effect with 16% bonus for each % HP is breaking the game, making Gladi stupid gameplay now more being overshadowed by Moonlord. If ED wants ML to comeback, buffs MBD to a constant-better rate rather than taking unique ability of other class throw in. Another example stupid move of ED is the Range Ender which also has that ability of FA, but low rate. Dirty buff, for a making-money class. . . Edit: Also that BMJ and VDJ of Moonlord are safe choice because fast casting, meanwhile what glad have ? - DDJ: Stand still for fcking 3 seconds with "Easy to be hit by boss and to miss all hits". - BMJ: a fast rush, easy hit, easy run, no damage. - VDJ: low SA with a burst damage, fair to use, a good design ngl. - I never want to use BMJ of glad, for real, but DDJ are also not a choice for me, both have high risks but low damage (don't bring up stg, never that damage board can appear in nest and raid).

Not included in this video but a big part of ML being a top tier DPS is the Brave change. Giving perma 30% Matk + Full Bubble Charge really sealed the deal

Yeah, brave was a glad spam able exclusive. Now ml gets the share of that pie. Just like in the past, relieve + evasion slash was exclusive to glad as a counter flinch mechanic, then they did it to ML as well with relieve + eclipse awakening, which is far useful to both pve and pvp compared to evasion slash.

A skill those created to finish monster in low hp , dev named that skill "finish attack" . That skill from gladiator the pure sword man fight in front line to finish the monster . But that just a name . How you can do that dev?

The fact that glad now lost his signature advantage (dealing more damage to LOW HP targets) means the last nail in his coffin, ML can cover more grounds compared to gladiator. and his remake made his skill more convenient. i played both class but I'm a glad main. The thing is when it comes to ML class Devs always give attention and solution far more better compared to glad. until now Hyperdrive has no Stationary version Hold S or right click, same function to hold S line drive. Both of his skill jade sucks. No SA, Low AOE, both has channeling time and a camera lock, which you cant change your target anymore once casted. its a double edge scenario for him, either be countered or target enemies may dodge. I was planning to go MK but I would lose my great sword costumes so with this patch ML can be a viable option for me.

I really fucking hate that, finish attack was the quintessential move for the gladiator, it feels so bad, even because only tjr Ml got it. If Mbd jades are a thing then im gonna quit tje game, Gladiator are not broken they were fine at best now is dead.

ED like to distribute a unique mechanic of a class to everyone. Like Warriors have dash as their exclusive skill, now everyone can freaking run now, or Swordmasters are the ones who can cancel their skills, now Clerics can too.

@@Fanfrit1 i wouldn't even say fine even now. Playing glad bare a curse. You have to deal with those channeling skill of 1.5 sec and camera lock (means you cant change your target anymore once casted) Best example casting Dream jade, small aoe, 1.5 sec channeling time. In that 1.5 sec you can either be countered or dodge. But thats not all. FA has a channeling time. Verdure jade has channeling time same case for Dream jade. Phantom slash has channeling time. Low Aoe, camera locked. And 1 sec channeling animation (Again!) For the last slash. Hyperdrive till now has no hold S even though they did it to live drive but didn't bother to Hyperdrive. Sometimes its risky to use it so putting you on handicap in certain scenarios. Seeing all these makes me think either do they play this character or do they plan to make him below mediocre. Right now the only redeeming feature he has is "damage". But in terms of skill fluidity and convenience, NO. Ive seen a lot of gladiators selling their equipment already in game because of this. I mean why force yourself to play a punishing class when you can play a different class with convenient play style.
