What a cracking walk. What sort of distance did you do?? Those rock formations looked unearthly. Mother nature has a funny way of producing art and beauty together. It looked like stalagmights in an undiscovered cave somewhere. That campsite looked cool. Is it just lodges they have or could you pitch a tent there as well. Lovely setting. I take it there is a road to the site and you don't have to hike all the way to the site with all your gear?? As for that waterfall.. I would have been right inside that soaking it all up and being a natural spring it would been great for the body as well. A great treat on a hard walk to cool off.. HI Scott, I walked 20k overall with around 1,000 metres of ascent. Not sure about tents on the campsite but I'm guessing they probably do allow them. There is an unmade forest road to the campsite, I walked along it at the start before heading off into the forest. As for getting in the water, no chance! It was only 5c when I set off, that's like the second ice age here. LOL! All the best 👍

Another great video. Thank you. I did Vera De Erques to Acojeja and down the Barranco to Playa San Juan the other week. It's amazing how the landscape changes due to the heavy rain weve had recently. Keep posting the videos Gary. We really enjoy them.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video. As you say, the landscape is almost unrecognisable with all the greenery after the rain. It makes a change but it could do with warming back up again. All the best.
