I suspect it would have been slightly inappropriate if the character reviewing toys actually made for children appeared with her customary giant blade hands. Would be a bit too [2] spooky, in case a real child found this video when looking for videos about the toy, as children are want to do. Plus, in-universe, she's a murder robot. So swapping out hands is a trivial matter.
