Tim has more sense of smell then any of the these guys. Tim pays attention to everything from taste, smell, and visuals. Richard is my favorite he knows his way around herbs and spices.

I've often been told thru older generations plus on here that using pits in your mix can produce cyanide. I've heard as well some if not most will whisk out during the distillation process. Will as well roasting them help dissipate this issue?
