Seollal is Korean Lunar New Year's Day.
Perhaps many of you are worrying about those carbohydrates which you will eat over Seollal;
but don't worry, I prepare "Healthy Tteokguk" recipe.
Korean traditional food, called Tteokguk refers to rice cake soup.
I will introduce new Tteokguk with natural ingredients for Vegans.
[Today's TIPS]
- dried radish is sweeter than others
- in order to easily chop parsley, hold them together
- salt is always good to add savour

[MOONSOOK's Healthy Tteokguk Recipe】
◈ Ingredients ◈
brown rice cake, onion, carrot, zucchini, radish, mushroom, parsley, salt, perilla powder
◈ Recipe ◈
1) Wash the brown rice cake with water
2) Slice onion, carrot, pumpkin, radish, mushroom and parsley
3) Heat the pan with avocado oil and salt
4) Stir-fry vegetables at low heat in this order:
onion-carrot-pumpkin-mushroom-radish
5) Add perilla powder and stir-fry them a bit more
6) Heat it up to medium, then boil them with water
7) When it boils, add rice cake and boil them for 1 minute
8) Add pepper and parsley if you want to
