I played a few of these in the store next to a core model, and I don't think most folks could tell the difference simply by the feel.

was tired of all the plane colored guitars , so i got a multi-foil SE standard 24 , couldn't be happier still surprised , after 2 weeks , when ever i pick it up and play , about how it sounds sometimes the coil tap is pretty nice 2 in these and gives you a real twangy sound , which i love but those colors in the multi-foil are just great for aesthetics and they will always look the same , as with a plane color , you'll be cleaning it every week

Just bought mine this morning! Absolutely cannot wait to see it in person! Went with the blue finish which is going super fast. There's only 6 or so left at the moment.

@@garv214 Technically there is 4 because one of them is a dead link. I bought 352. Last night a yellow one sold. Yeah, I'm the maniac who watchlisted every single one.

Had to check out which one yours was. That was a nice guitar. My second choice was going to be 740. Anyways. It arrived yesterday which was super fast as it shipped on Friday. The guitar plays amazingly well. I played probably a half dozen PRS SEs and an S2 at a local store this past weekend to get ready and the feel of this guitar far surpasses those. Action is nice and low and the neck plays really smooth. Online pictures don't do justice to how amazing these look in person.

@@yaboy2124 I own two core Custom 24's, one of which is an artist package. And I also own an SE custom 24. There's not THAT big of a difference. There definitely is a difference, but it's debatable if it's a 3,000 dollar difference.

PRS best guitars around, some one please tell me where I can get the 2nd string original tuner string lock?
@MooreMusicGuitars5 жыл бұрын
Hi Ronald! To clarify, are you looking to upgrade to PRS's locking tuners? None of the SE guitars include locking tuners, but we may be able to help.
@ronaldbaak31835 жыл бұрын
@@MooreMusicGuitars thank you very much getting back to me, I have the original 1972 PRS I have a broken second string lock that holds the string around the post, I thought about changing the tuner to a upgraded version, problem is then I would need to change all of them rather then just renew the lock and probably decrease the value. I've seen a package of 6 for 300 Dollars at the time I didn't know how difficult it would be to purchase just one lock.
@MooreMusicGuitars5 жыл бұрын
@@ronaldbaak3183 Can you verify the model and year of manufacture of your guitar, and hopefully we can get an answer for you. 1972 is prior to when PRS began manufacturing. There have been a few versions of the locking tuners.
