I felt that part about not crying! Up until recently, I was in a highly competitive academic environment for many years. Now that I’m pivoting out of academia, it increasingly feels like a real process of emotional RE-growth is happening under the hood for me. I get deeply moved by little moments while home for the holidays. As a tennis fan first, I’ll admit that I popped on this channel to see “Taylor’s chic gf”, but instead I’m finding myself sincerely impressed by the openness and depth that you’re presenting your life with on here. In the first video of yours I watched (this one being the second), you mentioned having been on Lexapro for a year now. The way you described its benefits for you reminded me of a Bill Murray interview that I saw once where he said that what he wanted out of life was to consistently be on the same “channel”: always himself, present, and unclouded by distraction. Maybe it’s not the vibe that you’re trying to generate engagement around rn, but I would love to hear more about the process that you take toward staying happy, the resources and advice that have helped you along the way, and how you’re reflecting on those things in your day to day. I think your candor and growing platform has the potential to inspire and help a lot of people. Keep up the good work, “Moorrgs”!
