I love mooshroom islands, it's so peaceful mining beneath them. In my current world I have a large one close to spawn, it has a huge cave system beneath it and two abandoned mineshafts.

I get that, I think I was just lucky with that one. I recently came across another one that was a bit smaller and there wasn't much of interest beneath it, I ended up covering it in grass and converted parts of it to a farm. I'm in the process of moving a bunch of villagers there, I have no idea why, just seemed like that right thing to do 😄
