You can only fight case in English in high and supreme court. Hindi is not applicable And yes Hindi is not a rashtriya bhasha.

English is compulsory in High court and supreme because our constitution is written in that language. Anything else?

Without knowing english you can't practice in High court.....go to Google and search what's the official language of Indian High court and supreme court....If you are a really an advocate then you know that very well.......
