Gotta say the Last Colony part 1&2 is one of about 4 animations I can watch over and over again without getting tired or bored. I think I watched it 4 or 5 times in a week and wasn't getting bored at all. Take your time with part 3 too. I know this stuff gets really complicated and potentially tiresome. Can I just ask something? I would like to ask how on earth do you get the weight right on stop motions like that's one of the most challenging thing I have ever struggled with with fight scenes and stuff. Also keep up the good work and don't rush things!

Oof, jeez, I'm not even sure how I manage it. It's just a ton of practice, I think. I don't think consciously about it anymore- I just feel it out. But if it helps, big, heavy characters should have a lot of extra anticipation and follow-through frames to compensate for the weight, and when they fall, it should be almost instant.
