Where is all of the south bound traffic at? Unless I missed it in the video. What about the entrance ramp by Chuy's? That is a major traffic dump point.

Yeah, that's real cute the amount of traffic in your example here. Why don't you have all lanes clogged and not moving at all including the toll lanes, maybe better reflect reality of what's actually going to be, which is you getting paid tolls, while cars sit not moving.

I think that having two lanes in the tolled lanes means there will be less congestion in the tolled lanes. They can also charge less because more people will use it. I would use it to get from North Austin to the Veloway with less stress than the main lanes.
