Have all the communities in St Thomas gotten back all their utility services? Have all the families whose homes were damaged gotten the representation they need to get support to put roofs over their heads? Have all the damaged roads that had commuties barely accessible repaired since the passage of Beryl? While by-election may be due, there are other issues that are of higher importance that need to be addressed. Deal with those first, and then whoever it is, who does the best representation for the people, will not need to campaign as the people would have been pleased with the work.
