Excellent work! The drone shots make a great difference with the description of each building. Things are shaping up nicely. Those drains look small though to manage the run off from the roofs and what's on the ground. But what do I know? Anyway, I can say I'm well informed on the progress of the Urban Centre. Thanks for the drone video. I do hope there are plans to put a business-class hotel in the UC. People who will be working there and those visiting the UC for business need a place to stay if they run late and the occasion warrants an extended stay. Also, the hotel can provide banquet rooms for large get togethers and function rooms for small meetings and other small functions.

Kingston soon drop the tallest building in Jamaica called the Ascent however which parish ago usurp Kingston and be the skyscraper parish,I believe ST Thomas has that potential given the geography

The good news is there seems to be scores of acres behind the centre for future expansion and development. Just probably we can build us a brand new state of the arts national stadium; sports centre including a velodrome, courts, olympic pools, etc. A new road infrastructure is now being put in place to influence transportation and communication; could also do with a near by sea port. Who knows The Holness admin so far as proven to be very forward thinking - Jah Bless.

Eastside......so you video guys keep showing us the externals, yes. What about the internal fit-outs of each unit? That in itself can take several months you nuh, according to the quality of finish for each building. Also what about landscaping? For example, the NCB building seems to be well ahead in terms of completion, why haven't they started landscaping around that unit? I think the government needs to give both the principal and other contractors the hurry up. My take is if the project was gonna be completed by even end of September/24 - landscaping would've begun a while back. Landscaping is the benchmark/litmus to indicate that completion is near - therefore until we start seeing landscaping we'll know that there's still some laps left to run, yes.
