For me, accountability will be huge before I can trust anyone fully. I don't want to depend on a human's perceived "goodness". I need a _swift_ and _specific/decisive_ system that will now _allow_ them to be bad in any way. Something like the star rating system for Uber drivers but far stronger -- when an Uber driver makes a mistake, it costs/him her swiftly. So it keeps the driver on the straight and narrow.
