We have missed these guys for a (way too) long. Too bad that Pete Sandoval wasn't present, but interim-drummer Tim Yeung (ex Hate Eternal, Vital Remains, Nile) did a f*cking great job (as you can see and hear). He is amazing.
The setlist was fantastic with new and a lot of old songs. 013 does not have the best accousticsound, but Morbid Angel have proved that with a great soundengineer even at 013 a detailed sound is possible.
We hope to see them soon again!!!!

My explanation in my mind has always been his stupid girlfriend/wife at the time. He left Morbid Angel to join her stupid band, Genitorturers, which was basically a stupid industrial rock glam act. Many men out there do stupid things and ruin their life for women, including otherwise smart & talented guys. David Vincent was no different.

Vincent sounds just as good as he did in 94-95, people is complaining for nothing, the band it's solid as fuck! Also, I clearly remember when you asked for the best bassist/vocalist in extreme metal back in the day, Dave was often brought to the table, he can play bass quite well and his growls were/are among the best.

David Vincent is the best Death metal Frontman ever. Yes at this point in his career he doesn't exactly fit the neanderthal typical death metal Frontman. He's also about 50 or in his 50s. It's sad because he's capable of really delivering a great old style death metal tape. That's the problem. Death metal has gone to shit with 90 percent of the band's out there copying that ape shit style of C. Corpse. Everyone entitled to there opinion. Mine is Tucker was mediocre and the songs after domination were repetetive,drawn out , boring. If you could understand Tucker the lyrics pretty much sucked. David was great...he just doesn't have death metal in the heart anymore.5

I do not know who sang in 85 because I wasn't a fan yet at that time. You neither, since your age is 18 (says your profile), mine is 42. And I also don't know why singing has something to do with Pete who plays drums and is now temporarily replaced by Tim.

It's plain to see that Mr. Vincent is bored with Morbid Angel business and he's doing it mostly to pay his and his wife's bills. Still, musically it's all flawless and they surely deliver. Sadly I just can't stand his stage antics anymore and will not attend any of their gigs again. To me, what they are doing now seems to be an insult to their own legacy.

Tim yeung just did an awful job playing pain divine. just awful and really slow. whole point of this song is that pete made it really fast which is what everyone really liked especially for back in the day when no one could play that fast except for MA.
