Mordekaiser counters teemo really hard since morde isn't auto based, and the best combo would be e q ult or if you don't have ult you should e auto q in case he doesn't blind in time

any bruiser with long range poke like Mord, Illoai, Chogath, etc counter Teemo because he has zero sustain and escape. If you hit your poke a few times he would be a free kill for jg.

I think it depends on the comp of the enemy team and also if you want to snowball. If your 3+ lvl in advance going full ap will delete the enemy i believe

All depends. If the enemy como is made up of squishies AP is better. Now if they have a galio or a Nunu and willump it’s better to be that extra tank
