well, halberd can only 2 shot tier 3 heads, and only in alt mode. PHammer 2 shots everywhere. Halberd is *far* better in team fights due to its alt mode, increased speed, combo ability, and cleave ability, as well as much better damage vs low armor opponents. Halberd is also 15cm longer in normal mode, and 45cm longer in alt mode, too, with better turncaps in both.

@@-........ I wouldn't say it sucks anymore but it's definitely not great. It's ok in duels and pretty bad if you're outnumbered. However, I've found it to be an excellent Xv1 weapon. Those swings 2 tap regardless of where you hit so doing a overhead drag into someone feet can easily get someone who's focused on more than one enemy.

Honestly, I had the comparison with the EStar planned, but didn't want the video to become too long. Bottom line is: EStar has 1.more release(=better drags), 2.combo! 3. 1 Strike + 1 stab can kill tier 3 armor as long as 1 hit is to the head. Polehammer, well, has range.

Eveningstar is just a better polehammer with slightly less range. Honestly I see no reason to use the polehammer other than for meme builds.

because that similarity is purely cosmetic. The play style is completely different. IMO halberd is WAY better.

It is way too expensive for what it does at the moment. They should increase the stab damage and make it as long as it looks. Havent tried it in duels yet but it is very bad in 1vX.
