Love the body color tie ins on the TA chassis. I thought somebody did the exhaust tips? I miss Model Master for all the engine color paints. Great update Justin. Love flock it. You know you can mix it for different colors. I'll be watching

I'm sure someone probably has. I'll have to go look. But if I do them myself I have more control over things like the diameter of the opening to go over the kit exhaust, and how long I want the tops to be.

I have done that a couple of times as well it's a great custom show look. On the Super Bee I plan to do the heads and the top of the air cleaner in a candy green very similar to the body, abs run sone green plug wires for a similar custom show engine look. Great update Justin. I'm following these builds closely as I want to build that Firebird. I have found flocking at Hobby Lobby, not sure if you have one there. It's a 1.76 oz plastic bottle and it costs $4.00. The lid has a twin flip up, one side for a spoon and the other has holes for sprinkling. Anyway, great looking build!!

Sounds like a cool find. The Firebird has been treating me well so far. A good deal of body work, but nothing crazy. Other wise so far everything goes together well and hasn't had any major issues or surprises

@dougbrown7186 thanks Doug. I know it's over of the Mr hobby super metallics. I'm pretty sure it was the duralumin, it might be stainless steel though.
