I am soooo glad Waffle sometimes does the same naughty things like my springer ...

Great video of your training program Charlie, hows about doing a start to finish program of videos from puppy to finished dog, along with the ages they are at at that time, love your channel here but sometimes its hard to join the videos up together.... great tho, love your style of training reminds me so much of when i was training..

on a serious note, I constantly watch new training videos (OCD comment is a gem) from the great and the good and for me, it's all about extracting the gems of advice ....you provide more gems per minute than anyone else I watch....thank-you.

As others have said, good to see the reality of training a cocker spaniel, they take a lot of time and patients to bring on, they inherently want to run around mad, and keeping them under strict control early years is paramount. Great vidios 👍

I enjoyed that, watching Waffle learn his craft, laughed several times at his mistakes because I have two Cockers and only know too well the training required to channel their natural ability.

Another excellent video. I've seen them all and only wish you had made them seven years earlier when my Cocker was a puppy. I have learned so many things from you that have helped immensely. Thank you for taking time to make these videos!

So much more helpful to those of us watching to learn, to see the correction as well as the good behaviour 😊

Yet again Charlie, another really interesting video. For me it was good to see that what i am doing with 2 of my Spingers and what i call "Off season refresher training", is the same as you are doing with Waffle's training. It tells me that what i am doing and the methods i am using are the same as yours, and i am not slowly breaking my dogs.

Another great video CT. So much better than other channels! Maybe some videos of you training the assistance dog if the owner doesn’t mind. Would be a really good way of showcasing your excellent and versatile training skills. I had an assistance dog once before I had a lot of surgery. He was fairly useless and I think I was more his assistance human than the other way round 🤣🤣🤣

Great video I am struggling to keep my 8 Month old springer close and listening to my commands, how would you tell the dog off/correct them when not listening.

Thanks Charlie. Is there much difference between Cockers, Sprockers and Springers on heal work? Are they all about the same, or are any generally better or worse than the others?

Love your channel. Glad it popped up in recommendations.

Great video - I’m curious do you use “kennel” as a command like you did bed in your other video, or do you just use the dogs name and a gesture in/out

I never take my dog hunting. I make every possible effort to protect my dog's hearing from loud noises. His hearing is essential in me knowing what is happening on my property before I know about it. So many neighbors I know have deaf dogs....... wonder why. Ever think about that?
