Wow! These toys might pay for your new store! Im not sure, but i think those stretch armstrong octupuses are pretty rare, and might be worth over a thousand each...
@SargeRedsVintageToys4 жыл бұрын
That would be nice :)
@pika234 жыл бұрын
The monster is the rarest I think, but the octopi, both colors as a set are like a grand according to an old old old site I found

I would do this as a hobby but life gets in the way! Still fun to get my own collection.

i always love finding toys in my travels, im more into cars and trucks more than anything probably because i work on them all the time , i do love finding the more uncommon stuff as well, i noticed a tonka car hauler in one of your boxes, had one in the early 70,s ,but mine got destroyed during a move.
@SargeRedsVintageToys4 жыл бұрын
We found a handful of Tonkas in there. I always stop at local flea markets and thrift shops on the road, you never know what you'll find.
@patrickhawkins46774 жыл бұрын
The Barbie in the white box just under the Eskimo Barbie is early 70's and can fetch a nice amount. Mint in Box and the fact that the box is white and not the usual pink is a plus.

I am way jealous I moved to Florida and my mother gave all my Star Wars and GI joe toys and I had a ton to some kid thinking they were junk. 18 years later I still haven’t gotten over it. I would love to know what you paid or the whole lot.
@SargeRedsVintageToys4 жыл бұрын
My parents donated all my old toys as well, probably why I ended up dealing in them now 😁
@ryanwaidalowski92214 жыл бұрын
I really want to start collecting again especially Star Wars I loved it. Not sure where to start without taking out a second mortgage. That 80s house was a score of a life time good for you man and brought back so many memories of everything me being 47 years old.

Can you comment on the owner of the house you bought all of this from? this is not someones collection or toys they got for gifts and never actually gifted to a child. This has to be some one that owned a local mom & pop toy store and for whatever reason ended up with all this stuff in their attic, maybe out of business? it would be interesting to know.
@Chris340114 жыл бұрын
How much did you pay for all this stuff?

The method of taking toys that are stacked on top of other toys into another room and stacking them on top of the same toys confuses me.
@SargeRedsVintageToys4 жыл бұрын
We had limited space and were staging them to pack in boxes with other toys from the same line.
