Some of these really frustrated me because if you know absolutely nothing about these characters why would you watch them? I nearly threw my tablet across the room when the guy thought Elektra was one of the ninja turtles

(that guy knew who Elektra was and talked about during his clip 3:12 ) It’s cool to see people react to these characters, but frustrating seeing the cameo not hit the same because they have only a feint idea of why who they’re watching is important. Nice that people are enjoying it lacking full context.

He knew who Elektra was tho? He mistook her for a second then realised who it was. And what do you mean "if you know absolutely nothing about these characters why would you watch them?" They are characters in movies meant to be enjoyed, it doesn't matter if you know them or not. Plus, unless you saw some spoilers or someone who watched it before you told you, you wouldn't know these characters were in the movie anyway. Yeah, it's not as enjoyable to see someone not know who that character is but does that really matter? No. It's letting newer people meet older characters and maybe check out older movies with them in it.

Ryan Reynolds and Wesley Snipes didn't hate each other. Wesley hated the racist director and their feud affected the other actors. Media blown it out of proportion and said Wesley was "difficult to work with and disliked the other actors". Except he didn't, and Ryan and Wesley been playing off that joke for a long time. In an interview after this movie came out, Wesley even admitted it.

If anyone is confused why Pyro beat Johnny, whilst Johnny is considerably stronger. Pyro whilst not being able to create fire, can control it it, like Magneto but for fire. If Johnny had gone Supernova he'd have easily whipped Pyro off the map. I believe Johnny is considered an Omega level mutant, but Pyro is not, hence why he always has a lighter with him, or something that can create fire for him.

@@zayh9911 Yeah, it bummed me out too. They've been getting into the Marvel universe & they watched all the X-Men films beforehand but they haven't seen any of the Blade films yet, they were scheduled to watch the first one this week but they haven't done it yet, so they didn't get those cameos or references (minus the Affleck/Daredevil joke). I wished that they saw Daredevil 2003 & the Blade films before they watched this, they would've gotten the references for sure. But they'll learn more about The Daywalker soon.:)

I am not huge on the movie, because it is basically just "Fan Service: The Movie" and so many scenes will fall flat if you aren't a huge Marvel (overall) fan. Gambit, for example - In order for this moment to fully work you have to be a fan of Gambit as a character and know that Tatum was very interested in playing the character in a solo movie like 10 years ago. There are so many scenes and moments that rely on outside information.

I didn’t see this movie until last week and wasn’t spoiled at all however I realized he was Johnny by his body stature. Cap has to be more muscular, Johnny more slim so I figured that out 🤣plus seeing as it’s them coming to marvel I assumed that was his purpose. Cap wouldn’t be in the void 🤣

Johnny Blaze is Ghostrider. Johnny Storm is from Fantastic Four (Susan Storm's brother, Susan is the Invisible Woman) Wesley Snipes is BLADE .. like GET IT TOGETHER!! Jennifer Garner is Elektra Of Course Channing Tatum is Gambit. There are other characters from X-Men such as Pyro, Juggernaut, and Toad which were all in this scene.. know your sh*t before watching the film

I LOVED that callback Tiger growl when Blade walks in. The cameos were the only excellent thing in this trainwreck of a Disney movie. The rest was absolutly underwhelming.
