​@@--------04in his og lore he basically tried using hextech only once as a power source trying to power his systems so he could try and save mass casualties from a factory in Zaun and Jayce stops him. Viktors main motivation in his lore is to help others and prevent loss of life, which he was doing since he was a child, improving factories in Zaun to reduce the very frequent accidents, which got him to the Piltover academy in the first place.

As someone who has only seen Arcane I am terrified by the idea of Mad Scientist Heimerdinger

He likes exploding people with rockets, grilling them to death with electric grenade powered enough to light a whole city... and placing turrets that shoot lasers. He probably would like Silco and Singed, even if he would say that they are A BIT unethical, a bit like what he said to a space Soron with tentacles who analyses people by disintegrating them with a laser coming out of its eye.

because they announced Arcane as non-canon at first, but then seeing it doing well beyond their expectations with the surge of players coming in after watching the show they made it canon and they retconned some stuff and visually updated Vi and Jinx while visually reworking Cait so they look more in line with how they look in Arcane. I'll forever miss the "Ethical science can't always bring progress and even if it did it won't be fast and efficient which is why Heimer is wrong. At first I thought the same thing so I made Blitzcrank as a prototype Street Cleaner Golem which is first machinary made in Zaun which works with steam as to not harm the environment so it can be mass produced to handle the lethally toxic waste of Zaun instead of human garbagemen but then I saw that we can't replace everything with robots and golems and expect everything to be fine while the flaws of flesh remain and people still die of sickness, wars and hunger. So, for the good of the humanity we have to start live experimenting so we can fix the flaws of human flesh by replacing them with metal as soon as possible. I'll start this by replacing my own human parts with robotic parts and I'll add a third hand connected to my brain which will help me in my experiments alot so I can become the herald of what I advocate and the living proof of my ideals."
