More FERRARI pick-up tests

Still amazed about how the guitar changed.
Here's some tests I recorded mainly for myself, just to hear the guitar again without playing it.
Check the sustain, it's only the guitar!
In fact I have no feedback or interaction with the amp as during the recording I was hearing myself only thru headphones.
I don't have tons of gain like most people use...Brian' setup has not so much gain.
The "gain" you feel is in the hand and in the guitar...that's why you have rich sounds even on cleans (and the clean tones are really clean!).
Check the "wood" you can feel during some passages...it's the guitar!
As I said...now it's a step forward towards something that I thought was not replicable, that was only in Brian's guitar.

Theory. Just wondering, i think i read you learned guitar playing Brian's songs, may be wrong there?. Have you gone with learning the songs by ear and web references, or have you also dived into the why the songs and riffs are they way they are? There's a talent and feel which you definitely have in spades. Have you dived deeper into how it all hangs together to help you reproduce this amazing music. Some guitarists just go with what sounds great and don't know what they are doing, others have an understanding of triads, modes and how to use them. Where are you? Brian has a massive brain and scientific approach, interesting on how he plays.

Never studied music theory. The one I know now it was at the empirical level. I don't know how to describe myself. But I know why Brian thought certain things in one way rather than another, I arrived at it through reasoning and observation.

Are you thinking about making a preset in amplitube with this from Tonex or an update to the current preset?, which in itself is good, also with Tonex I found a replica of a treble booster that has less of that hiss or I don't know how to say it but it's something new.

For me, the more I listen to them, the more I realized they sound REMARKABLY like my original DiMarzio pickups in my 1980s Guild BHM1!!! Not necessarily a bad thing, but not nearly as accurate as the Adesons, or even the Kent Armstrongs... Sorry if that disappoints anyone!!!
