Technically speaking, Ceramic ball bearings outperform metal ball bearings and are the best but ceramic bearings are very expensive ( ball bearing cost - Metal 50Rs vs Ceramic 1500Rs ) Be careful while buying ceramic spinners as most of them may not be genuine ceramic ones as I got a lot of fake ceramic spinners. Personally, I love the sound of the metal ball bearing spinners. So its up to you to buy an expensive ceramic one or a reasonably priced metal one.

Checked those spinners shown in your video in the given site link. That copper one costs nearly 300/- as you said... As I proceeded for shipment the bill total was 700/- Saying that 400/-is for a standard shipment fee which would take 25 days to reach me.. This doesn't seem good.....
