This configuration is really bad imo, You could get a good 1440p computer with a 7600x with 7700xt combo in this budget which would outperform Vimal's combination in every gaming test.

You should also go for Creative Benchmark like Puget Benchmark for Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve. I think this combo would beat some big names in this Video Editing section as with enhanced AI capability in both CPU and GPU, better handling longGOP like x264 and x265 by Arc 580 and above all, excellent hardware encoder suit including high class AV1 encoder. This will be undoubtedly the Super King for Video Editing particularly longGOP editing in both Premere Pro and Davinci resolve. Please make a video on this.
